About the role:

The Quality Systems Analyst will provide hands and remote support for the US BioLife laboratoies.Provide technical expertise in delivering and suppolrting solutions for complex our requirements. Join Takeda as a Quality Systems Analyst, IT where you will have ability to work effectively and independently with a variety of customers and other technical professionals . As part of the IT operation Labs , you will report to Business Systems Manager IT and work with key stakeholders.

How you will contribute:

  • Proactively monitor ServiceNow helpdesk queues and prioritize daily activities.

  • Provide high level of technical support on hardware and software problems for users and leadership team.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve complex problems

  • Provide after hours on call support as required

  • Remain up to date on new and emerging technologies within area of technical expertise and serves as resource to other Takeda employees.

  • Identify and implement process improvements, and ocument system/environment changes.

  • Ability to travel to other locations as needed

  • Requires little direction, gives guidance to others, works on technical projects, and has advanced knowledge within area of functional responsibility.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or 8+ years in related field.

  • Experience in virtualization and concepts using VMware

  • Experience in monitoring and addressing laboratory systems to prevent outages

  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documents

  • A broad familiarity and understanding of overall IT landscape and ecosystem including but not limited to web, mobile, front office, middleware, back office systems.
