Acerca del puesto de trabajo:

Día tras día, conocerá donantes que serán fuente de motivación para usted. El plasma de alta calidad que usted recoge se convertirá en medicamentos que cambian la vida de las personas. De usted se espera un gran compromiso con el servicio al cliente y la calidad. Usted dependerá del Gerente del Centro de Plasma y su tarea consistirá en evaluar al donante de plasma y realizar la flebotomía para dar respaldo a las operaciones del centro de plasma.    

Cómo contribuirá usted:

  • Responderá las llamadas telefónicas y dará la bienvenida a nuestros donantes, a la vez que garantizará la seguridad de los donantes y de nuestro equipo de trabajo.
  • Evaluará a los donantes nuevos y habituales; además, controlará y registrará sus signos vitales y los resultados de la punción del dedo.
  • Utilizará nuestro Sistema de Información de Donantes, preparará los gráficos de los donantes, llevará registros precisos y coordinará la compensación económica para el donante.
  • Ayudará a identificar oportunidades operativas de mejoras continuas e iniciará cambios en los procesos del centro utilizando los procedimientos aprobados por la compañía.
  • Estará siempre listo para acompañar a nuestros donantes, lo que incluye trabajar en diversos turnos, así como también los sábados, domingos y feriados.

Qué se requiere para ingresar a Takeda:

  • Título/diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
  • Aptitud para caminar y/o estar de pie durante todo el turno de trabajo.
  • Disposición para trabajar hasta última hora de la tarde, los fines de semana y los feriados.
  • Aptitud para inclinarse, doblarse, encorvarse, agacharse y extender los brazos por encima de los hombros y por debajo de las rodillas.
  • Aptitud para levantar hasta 2,2 kilogramos (5 libras); ocasionalmente, tendrá que levantar materiales de hasta 14,5 kilogramos (32 libras) y, en contadas ocasiones, hasta 22,7 kilogramos (50 libras).
  • Coordinación motora fina, percepción de profundidad y capacidad para escuchar los equipos a la distancia.
  • Debido a la exposición potencial a patógenos transmisibles por la sangre (nivel de riesgo 1), el 90% de las tareas requiere el uso prolongado de guantes.
  • Se considera útil una experiencia de al menos un año de trabajo en puestos de atención al cliente o a pacientes.
