Meet Our Team
We believe BioLife offers a great blend of excellent career development opportunities and the professional fulfillment of knowing that what you does makes a difference in people’s lives. But don’t just take our word for it: hear all about it from our colleagues.
Kevin M. Plasma Center Manager
Kevin quickly learned this experience is much more than putting in the time to get a paycheck. Beyond gaining new technical skills, Kevin learned to become a leader, consider the needs and goals of others, and what it takes to create an environment to be proud of.
“How can you grow with us?” That is the question Shaliyah, an emerging leader at BioLife, says her teams often ask. This mentality is a reflection of the culture at BioLife.
Before joining BioLife in 2001, Jeremy was a delivery driver. His route included picking up samples and donations from a BioLife Plasma Services center. “I always noticed the nice atmosphere and nice people,” he recalls. As a driver by himself all day, he missed having a team of colleagues around.
When Kashandra first applied to BioLife after finishing graduate school, she thought it would be a short-term opportunity. Fast-forward nearly two decades later, her career at BioLife Plasma Services has become so much more than a job.
Jessica is an adventurer: always setting new goals and ready to embrace every opportunity. Which is one reason why she enjoys her job so much. The regular travel takes her to new places and introduces her to so many new people with so much knowledge to share.
Jessica H. Medical Support Specialist, Registered Nurse
Before joining our team, Jessica was a labor and delivery nurse, witnessing the miracle of new life every day. When her own life as a mother began, she decided it was time to find a new career path that could fit around her new schedule and commitments.
As a donor, Scott knew about plasma. What he didn’t know was the full extent of what happens once it’s donated. Now, as a senior plasma center technician, he’s received extensive education on plasma, plasmapheresis and how BioLife helps patients.
LaTanya spent 16 years working in education before making a career change into healthcare administration. Now, she’s found her calling on our team as an Operations Manager Trainee.
